What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer and PayPal. Both options are available at checkout with no surcharges — you pay the same price regardless of how you pay. Pay by Bank (instant bank transfer via GoCardless) is coming soon.

Browse our catalogue, add your items to the cart, and head to checkout. You can order as a guest or create a free account — an account lets you track orders, view your full history, and get Royal Mail tracking links directly from your dashboard.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Contact us as soon as possible at hello@peptidexofficial.co.uk if you need to amend or cancel. We process orders quickly — if your order has already been dispatched, we unfortunately cannot make changes.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. PayPal handles all card and digital wallet payments with full PCI DSS compliance — the highest level of payment security certification. We never see or store your card details.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within the UK only. UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail.

How long does delivery take?

UK orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment clearing and arrive within 2–5 business days via Royal Mail. We'll send you a tracking number once your order is on its way.

Is the packaging discreet?

Completely. All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no reference to Peptidex, compounds, or the contents on the outside. Your privacy is important to us.

Do you provide order tracking?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a Royal Mail tracking number. You can also find your tracking link directly in your account dashboard under Order History — it links straight to the Royal Mail tracking page.

What happens if my order is lost or arrives damaged?

Contact us at hello@peptidexofficial.co.uk within 14 days of the expected delivery date if your order hasn't arrived or arrives in poor condition. We'll investigate promptly and make it right.
