Once a product has been dispatched, it is deemed a perishable good and cannot be returned to our inventory for resale.
However, we are committed to supporting high-standard research. We will offer a full replacement, store credit, or refund only in the following glaringly obvious circumstances:
Any issues must be reported to Team Peptidex within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date.
Please contact us immediately with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the fault.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method (Bank Transfer).
* Once the order is marked as delivered by Royal Mail, no refunds can be offered.
* Replacements will be fulfilled within 2–5 working days.
